'I stayed here with my wife and two children (girls ages 1 & 4). This cottage was literally perfect for our family. The bunk beds with the adjoining door to the master bedroom was an ideal setup for us. Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. Infinitely better than any hotel option we had in the area! 'This home was one of the cutest properties I have seen. Bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and towels! Nicely, newly landscaped yard in a residential neighborhood. We have 2 big labs which made the space a little challenging but we all got a good nights rest. Would definitely stay here again if traveling without our "big" dogs or we had smaller dogs. 'This house was perfect for our girl's trip to Cedar Rapids. The house had everything we needed and we loved having our own beds. Plenty of space! It was very clean and the location couldn't be beat. Just about 2 blocks from shops and restaurants.'

'We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again.'
