'The opportunity to stay in a historic home that has been beautifully restored was amazing. The home is clean and has everything you need. This home is on the ghost tour which was fun for us. The stairs to the two rooms upstairs are steep and narrow, but that was expected in an 1800's home. Our only issue was that the outside door handle was a little loose. This is a beautifully restored home, only a block from all the downtown fun and I highly recommend it!'

'Several night stay while fishing the Madison River. Nice quiet neighborhood a short distance from town. The house is comfortable and has everything one needs. Reasonably priced for the area, good restaurants nearby, beautiful views all around. Would recommend to anyone.'

'Cute little house with a beautiful flower garden. We were very disturbed by the condition of the wiring in the house. Ungrounded outlets, many with 3-4 (also ungrounded) extension cords powering everything in the room. We didn’t feel comfortable charging anything in the house. We charged in our vehicle. No fire Marshall would approve, does Vrbo and Expedia have safety standards? No handrail on the stairs to the second floor or to the basement. Carrying bags up and down was dangerous!Downstairs...

'My 10-year-old grandson and I went on a two day trip. We had so much fun walking around town and checking everything out. The location was wonderful and the resident kitty was super sweet. It was a neat little hotel to stay in with great history. All in all, it was a wonderful time.'
