'Het is heel oud en onderkomen. Dicht bij de lhvn . Personeel lobby heel behulpzaam . Kamers oud , geen stofnetten maar de vloer heeft een sopje nodig. Op blote voeten lopen geeft zwarte voetzolen. Zeker zijn geld niet waart maar was nog het goedkoopste dat we konden vinden aan de lhvn .'

'The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had.'

'The hotel is nice. Staff really friendly. The coffee in the bar/restaurant is very very good. The bus (bus 150) at the airport stops in front of the hotel. On the busstop there are several busses that goes to all places you want to visit during your stay in Miami. The room was nice but not quiet. You can hear a lot but for us that wasn't a problem. I like a hard bed, this bed was very very soft, so that a personal preference. '
