'This home was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child to stay at during our trip to Brookings. The home was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you need, great heated garage, plenty of towels and just overall a cozy spot to come back to each day. Would definitely recommend and stay again!'

'Property was very clean, neat and not cluttered. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the necessities. The sunroom has two of the most comfortable chairs to sit, recline or take a nap in while listening to the water hit against the shore. It was nice just to sit out in the chairs at the end of the dock or around the firepit and watch the fish jump. Very relaxing and just what we needed.'

'We really enjoyed the lake and the cabin. It was a perfect place to meet family, relax, watch football and explore the lake and area. Madison is a great small town and the restaurants on the lake offer great food and good atmosphere. Demi is very responsive and easy to work with.'

The decks space is amazing offering great views of the lake. The best feature is the sun room! super comfy sofas and chairs for enjoying coffee in mornings and taking in the sunsets on the lake regardless of weather! Wonderful! Host is super responsive!'

'When we arrived we wanted to start making dinner as it was about 6:00. Every dish that we needed for dinner was dirty and there was a lack of kitchen items like pots and pans and baking sheets. The longer we were there the more we noticed the dirty, finger print covered doors, unknown hairs in the shower, and the grill that was very dirty. There was very little propane in one of the two tanks with the other tank being empty so my parents had to go and get them filled just to use the grill. The...
