The hot tub was down but since has been repaired and as for the poop we are short staffed but we are working on hiring more staff so we don't miss things like that and i do appreciate your suggestion on the bag pole I will be running it by my manager thank you for your time and I do apologize.

Sorry you feel this way. We had to add charges because we were told you had 1 pet, then saw on our cameras that you had 2 (which was only admitted to only after we said we had it on camera). And also, the damage of property, which included a stained bath towel and mat. As for the pet fee, we only charged the regular pet fee for the additional dog and withheld the added 50 fine for undeclared pets. There were no other added charges.
