'We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. 'My friend and I stayed here for a long girls weekend. The location was very close to downtown. A parking pass came with our stay and that was also very close. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, updated and most of all we felt safe. The bed was a king foam bed. Very comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. This apartment is good for two people max in my opinion. Overall, great! We would stay here again and suggest our friends and family to do the same.'

'Two friends and I wanted something special for celebrating our eighth decade on earth. This apartment and it’s location in a beautiful city “fit the bill” for us. The apartment was just as described, spacious, historic, even elegant. We were able to have breakfast there to prepare us for our busy days. We got excellent sleep in our big comfortable beds.'

'Loved staying here! Close to Charleston and to Folly Beach. Took many day trips to these areas. James Island was beautiful. Loved coming back to our home away from home for naps or evenings in. Bed was super as was shower and claw foot tub. Soaking at end of day was wonderful. Our host, Aprl, was delightful! Mornings on the porch with coffee ❤️. "When checking in we felt not so welcome, We were a bit early and we understand that the room is not free yet, but the lady at the counter did not even offer to store the luggage. The rooms are okay, be aware there is no elevator. There was a small gym and a pool. Breakfast was basic, but ok. We choose this location, as we wanted to visit the Boone Hall plantation."
