Starting from the fact that on the day of our arrival they started to threaten us because of the declined card, trough the fact that they eventually accepted the fact that our flight is to arrive shortly before midnight but in this case we’d need to pay everything upfront what we obviously did, finishing on the amazing surprise that the type of the room is not available because “they’re packed” and as a married couple we need to sleep in two single beds and asking us if that’s alright. Absolutely no prioritisation, no cleaning service even though we’ve asked for it, and no moving us into a correct double room we paid 1k for. In the end we’ve been pleased with a 50 quid deposit requirement to borrow the umbrella from the same guy who checked us in and promised moving to a correct room two days before. This is definitely not a Sheraton experience and if you’d like to be sure that your 1k experience is the best, look for some other place to stay.
