'I've stayed here many times and have always had a great experience, this time was a little different as the cabin I was staying in was very tired, gaps in the doors and windows ranging from 1cm to 2 possibly 3 cm where Icould see daylight were not ideal as it was a very windy and rainy day making the cabin very drafty and cold. This doesn't take away anything from the service, cleanliness and great food that is always given.... Just this particular stay wasn't to the normal great standard. '

'We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!'

'Zeer vriendelijke dame, er waren nog 2 kamers over en we mochten zelf kiezen welke kamer we wensten. De kamers zijn basic maar best ok. Matrassen hadden veren die je wel voelde. Ontbijt was lekker !'

'Fantastic and very helpful host. Great room and wonderful garden. About a 30 minute walk from the airport and a 20 minute walk from the NEC. The only thing missing was an included breakfast. The WiFi is very slow - streamed did sometimes buffer and not really any restaurants or anything near by and it wasn’t possible to order in without an English mobile number, but the host was very helpful and friendly. This obviously is not the host’s fault, but a food option or a local number would be very...

'The room smelt fresh and was clean. It was comfortable and had a decent en-suite. The hotel manager was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast which was healthy and sufficient. It was a small hotel but that didn’t matter. '

'The Lodge at Broadway is een fijne plek om de nacht door te brengen. Broadway is een klein maar gezellig en mooi dorpje. Voor het ontbijt kun je niet terecht bij The Lodge maar bij de groenteboer tegenover kun je werkelijk fantastisch ontbijten. '

'Don't be put off by scaffolding & work going on outside. Inside is very cosy & clean. Warm welcome from owners. Room was a good size for a single with a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was superb. Only a couple of minutes walk to parade and all the amenities. Will definitely return next time I'm in Leamington. '

'Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. '

'This is the most perfect place for getting away to unwind. For those wanting peace and quiet, but not far to travel, visiting historical towns and picturesque villages. Lots of nice pubs for food and drink. The cottage is extremely well equipped and spotless. It is everything you see in the photos. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.'

'Verblijf van vier nachten hebben we er twee gehad met veel geluidsoverlast in het hotel zelf. Hebben niets het idee dat hier goed op gereageerd werd door personeel. ( idee is dat het Engelse waren) Bij vertrek werd ons niet gevraagd of we een aangenaam verblijf hadden gehad. Vonden we toch wat minder gastvrij. '
