When I arrived, there was no one at the desk 20 minutes later a gentleman came through the front door with a backpack, and went behind the counter and started working. I inquired where the other guy was or whoever was supposed to be there when I got there 20 minutes ago, but he ignored me. When I finally got my room, there were no pillows in my room. So I had to go back down and wait for him to go get pillows from some unknown spot that took 10 minutes. Electrical outlets had no cover on them. The only good thing I have to say is the gentleman at the front desk was very nice.

When I got out of my car there was a used condom in the space beside mine. The lobby was dirty and stank. When I got to my room it was filthy. When I called to see if someone would clean it no one answered, two calls. My son and I left immediatly and got a room elsewhere.

This place is terrible.We’re just passing through but it’s as if they are housing mental patients or people in recovery. People are hanging out in the side parking lots. At night a woman was sitting on the floor by the side door like she was waiting for her dealer. A man was walking down the hall talking to himself about sexual activity, Mary Juan (had to change this to get it through)use and tractors, not joking. A mental asylum. The smell in the hall is awful and indescribable. Without my male partner, I wouldn’t feel safe. This place is sketchy at best. But further, extended stay? No dishes, no pots, no towels in the kitchen, let alone soap or sponges.

I asked for a refund of my payment to stay. I didn’t feel safe and did not stay. The one high point was the nice man at check in. He was very helpful and kind and offered excellent customer service in addressing my concerns and refunded my payment with no trouble or hesitation.

The rooms were out dated, we asked for a late check out was told yes and then kicked out. There was a hole in the ceiling. Online it said free breakfast only for them to have coffee and prepacked muffins that were gone before 8am. Staff was not friendly, uniforms were dirty. I had to ask for dishes and towels for the room. There was no ice machine or ice maker in the room.

#1) Homeless outside of the building at night. Didn't feel safe. #2) No area for secure storage of luggage as my flight arrived early for a conference. Staff did not understand the point-of-sale system and changed me for an early check in fee just to store one small bag. This is Washington DC...there are many, many hotels to choose from. Travelers are from all over and as a frequent visitor, every single hotel I have frequented has provided this service.

Took 20 minutes to check in. Front lobby was disgusting. Clientele was sketchy at best. Room had no sheets for the pull out couch which our family of 4 clearly needed. Hallways were dingy and stinky, rooms are super dated. Nothing in the kitchen cabinets for anything. Last but not least, the continental breakfast was a joke. Total and complete joke. Oatmeal and muffins, that was it. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked out immediately the next morning and found a way better hotel for the rest of our stay. Don’t make the same mistake as me, find something else and don’t book here!

Free breakfast is a joke. It is "Grab & Go". No area to sit in. It was coffee in the lobby with Chewy bars. I booked a suite with a kitchen and there were no silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker, etc. in the room. Apparently those needed to be requested and would get delivery by hotel staff. I grabbed a coffee maker at the front desk and it was broken. Would not recommend!

After the first day my key did not work. It was seldom that an employee was at the front desk to assist. At check-in my key didn't work because the employee at the desk didn't complete the check-in process. This was discovered when my arms were full of luggage, so I had to carry everything back downstairs to the front desk, where there wasn't an employee for about 10 minutes. A drawer front in my room was broken off and leaning up against the dresser. Otherwise, they say was okay.

We were told that we would need to bring our towels and such to the dest to exstange for clean ones. No maid service. the place smeeled like a truck stop hotel. We did not stay the night. we left after 10 minutes. We have not received a full refund.

The property wasn't bad, it just wasn't good either. I dint know if i missed the cleaning protocol, but our trash wasnt even taken out once and we were there for 3 nights. I went and asked for a pan and they didn't have one we could use. Then i asked for an additional blanket and was told it would have to be got out of storage, like it was an inconvenience. Also, the air conditioner was horrible. When it blew, it froze us but when it was off the room was stuffy.
