The hotel is starting to look ran down. The staff was amazing from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was pleasant and always smiling.

The decor is old. Sheets needed to be changed on one bed. Burn holes in furniture in room. When first getting to room widow wide open and it smelled of Cigarettes. Rented 2 rooms bathroom's could of used a little more in cleaning. Both rooms jet tubs did not work. was never informed before stay that the pool was empty and being worked on. A lot of traffic at night of couples coming and going. Would not stay there again.

Nice convinient,clean and nice staff.I liked the place,the room was as shown in the internet.Nice and welcoming staff,the hotel close to everything. I wasn't happy that my room was next to the teenagers' rooms who made noise the whole night and early morning,I wish I was moved to a different floor,I reported but saw no change, that wasn't fair.I also believe they were with parents who couldn't stop them from running and screaming. Anyway it was a one night stay and I will recommend it to others,I think the noise was just that night.

The Best Stay Ever!!
The staff was absolutely fantastic!!. Everyone was extremely friendly and respectful. I truly appreciated the hospitality from Niles, Kevin, Shirley, and, Coco. My Room was clean and my bed was comfortable. I didn't have to deal with any loud noise which was a plus. I have to admit the highlight of my business trip was with a young man by the name of Prathon. He greeted not only myself but every guest that came in the breakfast area each morning. I watched him guard that buffet as if it was the President's kitchen. I was only going to drink a cup of tea because not all hotels keep a clean station. However he proved me wrong. The buffet was well lit and everything looked fresh. I enjoyed my breakfast each day and even had their red velvet waffles recommend by Prathon this morning before checking out. Thank you all very much for your amazing service and I look forward to seeing you soon. Thank you Prathon for your morning greetings and keeping that area so clean and inviting.

Our hotel rooms had roaches. The water was brown. The beds weren’t comfortable. The staff were great and polite.

I liked the hotel as it was clean and convenient. We were disappointed to learn upon check in that the pool was under renovation, having kids it’s the reason we chose this hotel. There’s nothing to do in or around the surrounding area.

Good breakfast as always in a Hampton Inn. The rooms and hotel are clean. It has been renovated so overall it is in good condition. Only 1 of 2 elevators working and issues with the pool prevented its use but neither are the hotel’s fault. I’m sure they’ll be fixed.

This is one of the smaller Hampton Inns I’ve been to. It was clean, but the bathroom could use some work (it was ok, but squeaky shower and some chipped paint). The staff was wonderful and breakfast was nice. The highway noise was quite noticeable. Overall, the experience was positive.
