'DIverse keren in Edgewater verbleven echter zie je het ieder jaar verder achteruit gaan, de meeste appartementen zijn verkocht dus bijven er weinig huur appartementen. De gehele staat van het complex gaat achteruit echter de locatie is schitterend. let er ook op dat de Luxe apprtementen (Met masterbedroom aan de zeezijde) bijna niet meer in het pakket zitten.'

'The condo was awesome! We loved the location, the set up of the condo, the view. I give our condo a 5/5 but I give Tide Water a 2/5. The elevators were awful. We waited anywhere from 10-30 minutes just for an elevator. We took the steps most of the time. There are 30 floors and only 5 working elevators for the entire resort. If it wasn’t for the elevators I would stay in our condo every time we come down but I don’t want to spend so much of my vacation waiting on elevators.'

'We stayed here for spring break and the views of this are even better than the pictures. There was an issue with the property closing the pools down for 2.5 days for maintenance. The owner was not aware this was happening during our stay and quickly applied compensation for the inconvenience. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future!'

'The condo was decorated very cute and comfortable. The condominium has many amenities that were well maintained. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They were constantly working at cleaning and trying to maintain clean, dry floors. We did have a few issues, but these were associated with the condominium not the unit. 'We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.'

"We hadden een wat valse start. Het leek erop dat de kamer net was schoongemaakt en schimmel was verwijderd met veel bleek. De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk en er lag pure bleek op de vloer van de badkamer. Gelukkig kregen we na het melden direct een andere kamer. Deze was prima. Mooi uitzicht op de golf. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, direct aan het strand. Het hotel verdient wel aandacht, het is in een niet al te goede staat. Verder prima keuze voor een niet al te dure optie direct aan het strand"
