'Our family (5 including 3 teenagers) really enjoyed our three night stay on the property. The property was very clean on arrival. Communication was easy and prompt with the property owner. They were even able to accommodate an early arrival. Our youngest enjoyed fishing in the stocked pond and the two oldest spent many hours mastering their pool skills. The property had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time. We would be happy to stay in this property if we were ever back in on Tennessee...

'Wife and I were looking for a home in TN and Charles was not only a great host but friendly, respectable and offered great areas to search. Everything we needed on the luxurious 2nd floor was provided. He makes the best blue berry scones. Can’t wait to thank him when we close on our new house!'

'The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here...
