Absolute afrader.
Eens maar nooit meer in een Motel 6. Voor een kamertje van net 20 m2 (inclus. badhok), moest ik voor drie nachten gemddeld $157 betalen. Comfort: niets. Geen föhn, koelkast, magnetron, kluisje, kledingkast, toiletartikelen en/of koffieapparaat (1 stukje zeep daargelaten). Buiten verwaarloosd, lift vies en stinkend naar urine en de galerijen zodanig dat ik blij was er overheen te kunnen lopen zonder dat hij naar beneden stortte. Er werd mij gezegd dat deprijzen per acutem verhoogd konden worden, als de leiding dat uit kwam. Het personeel moest per dag 24 kamers schoonmaken. Deed hun best, maar bleef voor buiten niets over.

I do see that upon checking into your room, curtsey call was made as to how the room was, at the time you enter the room there was no issues and you commented everything was okay. You did have your pet dog with you as well. Ours rooms get inspected prior to renting them out and no issues were found as stated. The room you occupied is a complete remodeled room. Thank you.

Me gusto? por que es muy economico Y esta muy tranquilo, casi no abia ruido, El personal muy amable, y mas me gusto por que me dejaron tener mi perrito ahi con migo, claro que eso si tenia que sacra afuera a aser del baño a mi perro eso es muy bueno 👌 y mo dejar que agan adentro, me gusto el color del piso que tenia mi cuarto creo estaba resien remodelado muyy bonito ,, Pero lo malo Y Lo que no me gusto? es que el piso estaba sucio abia mucha tierra, entre alas 3 pm. Y por la noche alas 7pm. ya mis calsetas estaban negros y los de los niños igual, 😀 Tambien abia un olor que no me gusto tube que rosear un poco de mi loción. Para quitar ese olor como a plastico oh resistol talbes seria por el piso por que eso sii , estaba como nuevesito pero con mucho polvo Oh tambien no abia bote para basura No abia sillas para la mesa El control mo tenia baterias, pero bueno apesar de esto dormi tranquila

I would say you get what you pay for, but this is expensive for what you get here. I've stayed at other motel 6's and had way better experiences. We stayed there for three days and never had the room cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels every day. Switched rooms because the floors were sticky and dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Faucets broken. Had to go to the front desk each day and have them redo our room keys because they wouldn't open the door. No cribs. Had to ask for shampoo and soap. The women at the front desk at least were nice and obliging when they could be.

Overall, it’s satisfactory for the price. I would prefer to have a coffee maker in my room. I paid extra to have a fridge/freezer in my room but the freezer needed to be defrosted. It had such bad buildup of ice that I couldn’t use the freezer at all. Also, my companions had the exact same room but their fridge/freezer was much larger than the one in my room.

We complained to the office that the person above us was moving furniture and pacing all night long. Kept my kids up all night. The office said “well that’s motel 6 for ya” and did nothing. Dirty room and tweekers everywhere.

I see things did not go well with your reservation for one night August 19, 2023, which was reserved through Expedia. The room was available and held for your arrival date, which was not cancelled during Special Events weekend, you did receive a No-Show charge due this matter. Your reservation and room was held up until 5am August 20,2023. If the reservation would have been cancelled by the cancellation deadline time or even the day of arrival this would have given the property sufficient time to resell the room to someone else in need during the busy weekend with the entire peninsula sold out.

The check in person was lovely, the room was not. There were dead bugs on the floor. There were live bugs flying around and crawling on the bed, the floor was really dirty, the mattress was terrible. Plastic sheeting on the bed, so it is crunch crunch crunch all night. And in general the room was just a really rundown. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room, not on the ground floor, and it is cleaner, but still a terrible mattress and a plastic crunch crunch crunch. But no more bugs?

The check in was nice. However, they did not tell us that the 2 ice machines were broken. We didn't find that out until we went to get ice. There was plenty of parking and the room was clean. The bed however was hard and one of the pillows had a flat end and a lumpy end. To be honest, I have never seen one like it. This is a no-frills motel. There was no coffee maker or coffee in the room and also no hairdryer. I don't think that I would come back. I was expecting something better for $195 a night.

Thank you for your survey, we appreciate your stay with us. Motel 6 has daily coffee service available in the lobby area. Iron/iron board and hair dryers are available t request. Unfortunately our ice machines were broken into and are out of order, with a sign posted "Ice available at front desk upon request". The time frame of your reservation stay was during special events week happening in the Monterey County, (Moss Landing Antique Street Fair, Laguna Seca Car Races, Carmel Bach Festival, Soccer tournaments) and few other ones. Rates vary all throughout the county. Once again, we would like to thank you for choosing Motel 6 as you destinated stay and hope you have a better experience in the near future.

We do have a weekly pest control that enters all rooms and the entire property to control issues like these. I hope your next visit will be much improved one. Thank you.
