'We loved this property. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 10 years old. One of the adults and the 2 kids hung out at the house while 4 of us hiked many miles of the Ice Age Trail. The kids joined us for a few miles at the Dells of the Eau Claire and then went back to the property to play and hang out. We had a fire in the fire ring, played croquet, and ladder golf. The house was immaculate. Highly recommended!'

'This riverfront cabin was just right for our family of six. Modern rustic appeal and very well-furnished kitchen. There were plenty of comfy beds for our crew. Kids had fun using the kayaks and rowboat for many hours on the river. Two outdoor grills, screened porch, and bags game, all in a private secluded spot along the river. My only suggestion is to put some steps along the steep grade down to the river. It’s a bit slippery! All-in-all a wonderful four days spent in a peaceful, comfortable...

'We were in the area for the fall ride and since we found this beautiful home on a lake we decided to bring our kayaks as well. We could not be happier with the house, it was absolutely beautiful. Every morning the guys enjoys their coffee while us girls cooked breakfast, we enjoyed the area ride on the bikes durning the day and coming back to a fire at night was great. Very nice way to relax and end the nights. We would definitely rent this house again'

'Very nice newly remodeled cottage. Had everything we needed. Outside was nice with a firepit and wood with new steps going down to the pier. You can fish from the pier. A nice little get away!'

'Generally great with a couple of nits for those traveling with infants and toddlers. One was on cleanliness - had some dust around beds that we needed to proactively vacuum (there was one provided) given our younger son is very exploratory, and we observed some mold in the washing machine as well. Second is that the spiral staircase is slightly hazardous for young kids who may be able to slip between balusters. But otherwise, location is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.'

'Beautiful and spotless home in a convenient location. I was in town for work and my wife and kids were able to come along. The kids love the backyard and playhouse, and the yard is fully fenced so we feel safe letting them run around. They had a fun at the new Children's Museum. We walked over to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, which was clean, good food and value. Also, took a walk around the neighborhood and down to the park and boat landing. We will be back again!'

'This home has more than just curb appeal. The inside has ceiling beams, beautiful hardwood floors, and character. There were enough bed, all roomy and well appointed. Its location is truly ideal. Ben went out of his way to make sure we had the celebration we came for. 2-70th birthdays! Because our son lives and works in Wausau, we will use this property again. It was perfect!'
