Just be aware it is in a basement so if stairs are an issue you may want to find another place. I would stay again.'

'Our travel was by train it was a long tiring ride however Larry was very kind and kept the light on for use since we checked in after midnight. The apartment was clean and very cozy. The beds were perfection and OMG the shower after a long day of travel was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay Thank you Larry and Fran.'

'The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The studio has everything you didn’t know you needed. The manager is close and responds very fast. I will always look at this location for availability when I come back to Wichita. I also found an adorable coffee shop near by. This was my first time renting a private property and I was not disappointed.'

The in-freezer ice maker was handy. The queen bed was comfortable, and we also used the luxury air mattress. The bath is small but has good water pressure, plenty of towels, and everything you need.
