'the third bedroom is adjacent to underground garage and smelled strongly of dust, mold and mildew. We were all afraid to stay in the room. The air was thought to be unhealthy. I had to sleep on the living room couch. Some bulbs were out in the bedrooms and living room. Overall everything else was fine but the fact that the downstairs bedroom was not livable forces me to withhold any future recommendation for the home.'

'This Caribou Island cabin was perfect for an end of summer getaway for my kids (13 and 11) and me. The highlight for us was the location--nestled in the trees right on the lake, but completely private. I can't say enough about how beautiful the property is. The bedrock protrudes through a thin cover of soil and is covered with a variety of lichen and moss that is absolutely gorgeous. 'Beautiful little cabin in a lovely secluded location. Clean, comfortable, extremely quiet. The only issue we found is - the hot water heater is horribly undersized. Any more than one 10-min shower and you’ll be taking a COLD shower! Lovely retreat for a couple, but a shower together? Out of the question! My wife and I took AM/PM shifts on the 2nd day after it took my breath away on day 1.'
