'The female staff and younger male staff were very pleasant and accommodating at this location. The older man not so much. He even blocked my number from calls received at the front desk when I was asking for a new hair dryer to be brought to the room! He needs to learn about proper customer service!'

'The host was okay but he came running down to the room as he gave us the wrong room. The walls were cut 2 ft off the top and off the bottom separating the wash basin from the beds. The bedding was stained and the spread didn't look clean at all. The temp control did not work right it was either freezing or nothing. The television remote didn't work right either and when it finally came on you could only receive 3 channels. The good thing was we didn't have neighbors.'
