'The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience.'

'The property was very well maintained. We couldn't enjoy the firepit or the trail located behind the home due to rain but we enjoyed the fireplace and the home itself. Plenty of room, very clean, wonderfully stocked kitchen...could tell the owners really cared about their guests. The location is fantastic, less than 10 minutes to West Jefferson and 14 miles from West Jefferson to Boone. We have definitely found our destination for future trips.'

'My husband and I ran away for Thanksgiving. It's a holiday that stresses me out so away we went. We live in Florida, but my heart belongs to the mountains. This adorable cabin is tucked away in the mountains so you feel secluded. It's 400sqft of just right. We loved the decorations and look. Unfortunately most of our plans got rained out, but certainly not anyone's fault and we made do. Would recommend this cute little cabin to anyone.'

'When viewing the property from outside driving up, it is shocking. Looks like an abandoned cabin. That’s for tax assessment purposes. Inside is immaculate! 'This is our second time staying at this garage apartment cabin. It’s consistently VERY clean and comfortable. It is perfect for our family of four. It’s very well appointed. 'It was very quiet and peaceful at night and during the day as well. It was nice to have a dishwasher in a cabin. We drove to Grayson Highlands and hiked 2 different days. 'For starters, I am not sure who is at fault for the cons between the owners and the Evolve managers. Overall I had a great vacation and a lovely time at the home.
