'This place is a gem. The location is so convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. It has lots of parking. The property is pretty and well kept, with roses, art and a fountain on the grounds. And the best part is the very friendly staff. Lupita at the front desk was great and very helpful. We are definitely coming back! '

'The moment you see the Enchantment resort you realise how special this place is. We had a Casita which is the perfect size, with a jaw dropping view and an amazing balcony to sit out and see the stars which I have never experienced in a place with so little light pollution. The staff are amazing, the accommodation is excellent and the resort amenities are unbelievable, the fitness centre is honestly the best I have ever seen, the pool area is awesome with an amazing red rock canyon backdrop....

'Great location and staff was nice. The "rental condo" was not up to par to be inline with wanting a time share at this location. The rental condo needs some major vamping up! Carpet that is not ripping, screens that do not have holes, shower heads that you can wash your hair with, placemats and napkins... appliances that are in this century and just an overall step up!! You want the rental condo to tell the renter "I want to go to the timeshare info meeting!!! Great location and free parking....

'Nice place on the way down. We were lucky and had no problems. But, no staff most of the time, and room entry required 7 digit key code which was hard to enter in the dark at night. Without cell phone, entry impossible. Hot tub/spa closed or did not work. Room had large shower but no bathtub. You could hear it when neighbor showered. Nice courtyard to sit in but no one picked up if guests (or staff) left something. An empty beer can remained on a table in the outdoor common area for...

Amazing stay!
"Wonderful place....with a lot of small waterfalls,trees,flowers. Nice resort very clean,kind and friendly staff.Cozy units with beautyful surronding&full equiments.Great shower and bath. The pool great,clean,good temperature.;;perfect after a long day hike. Very handy the washing machine and dryers,very welcome after a long trip. The Italian Restaurant outstanding food.And the waiters with a very big small.Thanks for the birthday firesworks and the very tasty tiramisu. Your car safe in the front of the villa.Only a few steps from the frontdoor. We return back in the future. "
