Mooi hotel vlakbij westingang Yellowstone
Mooi hotel en ligt vlakbij de west ingang van Yellowstone. Er is een zwembad en veel andere faciliteiten.

Weinig voor veel geld.
De cabines zijn zeeeeer basic. Nergens WiFi , zelfs niet in de lobby. Enigste plus is de locatie.

Nice room; good swimming pool; nice staff; enough parking space BUT the breakfast arena is a disaster; there is not enough space to sit; people can hardly get to the food; fronzen stuff (waffles) should be heated but are to dry to eat.

Het hotel ligt goed en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het enigste is dat het personeel zeer onvriendelijk is. Geen uitleg zoals je in andere hotels krijgt, geen goedendag enz. Het ontbijt was ok dat niet.

Very expensive for what it is. Both times I went to the front desk no one was there. Didn’t have hot water for showering apparently because everyone in the hotel was showing at the same time. There was a big, black, pubic hair in the tub. When we pulled back the sheets there was bits of outside debris, hair and lint in it. The fitness room was a tiny room with a treadmill and maybe a bike but no weights. The offerings at breakfast were minimal and the room was crowded. Think cold cereal, oatmeal packets, bread, muffins, hardboiled eggs and yogurt. They did have a pot of sausage and egg taquitos but they weren’t plentiful. No decaf coffee except for packets of instant. The room was fine, nothing special and the beds were fine-not super comfortable but not uncomfortable. Overall disappointed mostly because the price was so high for what it was. And there never should be a time when a hotel runs out of hot water because too many people were showering.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel facilities are very complete, there is a fire at the door, and the bed is comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of breakfast options. But overall very satisfied!

The outside could use some touching up on the building itself. Otherwise we had a good stay and the beds were comfy! Breakfast is okay with basic options but don’t expect eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. Good coffee and easily available throughout the day though! We didn’t get to use the game room or make any s'mores as I had hoped but that was because we were too tired from being in the park all day. It was a convenient location though! Close to the gate and everything else!

Great experience
We had a great experience, friendly staff and fun time. We had fun roasting s’mores over the outdoor fire pit, kids had fun playing in the game room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but overall had a great trip and would stay here again.

Speedy check in and check out. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and tidy. We asked for room make up for both days but on the second day they only cleaned the bathroom. Location is superb very close to the West entrance of Yellowstone Park. Very satisfied with the stay.

Loved how close it was to Yellowstone, even with it being a big park - it’s close to the west entrance. Loved the special touches with free ice cream, s’mores. We also liked how close it was to town. Nice and friendly staff. Our room was very clean

Property is close to the West Yellowstone entrance gate which is a big plus. The rooms were fairly spacious which we appreciated. Free breakfast could be improved by offering more hot food choices. Our tour bus picked us up directly from the hotel. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I'll be back!
I am very pleased with my stay last weekend. I am glad its located so close to Yellowstone Park, that was key for me. It was easy to find and the staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had, the breakfast was very good and I will stay there again in the future. I love the bear on my bead, and of course it came home with me!! Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.
