'We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. 'Clean big apartment. Quite street. Anything you want on the TV is there. There was no wash clothes or hand towels but there was very nice towels. Alot of amenities. Two of us were over 60 so the stairs were a bit much but it was fine. Close to Boston and Salam.'

'Joe's place is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It has been nicely renovated. I like the hardwood floors, and it is bright and airy. We came to visit Tufts, and the campus is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, as is the green line T (Tufts stop or Ball Square). Communication from Joe was excellent. He was nice enough to let us arrive early, and also responded immediately and came right by when we had a minor plumbing problem. I would stay here again.'

'We were recently in Stoneham for a short weekend trip to tour colleges. The rental was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants and stores within 30 mins from where we were scheduled to spend the day. Great stay overall.'

'Truly an incredible location, esp if visiting Harvard. You will need to walk up a few narrow and winding flights of stairs. Best not to bring heavy, nor large suitcases; which we had b/c we were moving our son into Harvard. Luckily he is strong, young, and healthy, so no big deal there. There are NO curtains over the large windows in the living room, so careful if you like to walk around naked. There was no extra blanket for the futon, so I had to use my son's sleeping bag.
