'We were greeted by a broken case of booze at the front door, with a trail of broken glass and booze right thru and on the interior foyer. The nice desk clerk was completely oblivious to it. When we brought it to her attention, she called maintenance department. The desk clerk checked us in nicely and quickly. Our room was lovely. The beds/were lumpy, not the usual.
