'Best place to stay if you have the slightest concerns about safety. It is directly connected to the One & Only hotel, and has excellent security. Apartments are high quality, we regularly stay with Hilton, Radisson, Marriot and they were better than these. Highly recommended.'

'Loved the apartments. All appliances and furniture is modern and clean. However, it is extremely noisy. Guests are not respectful of resting hours. People scream and shout in the corridors it’s unbelievable. Cleaning staff speaks loud too. But overall a really good place to stay, with reasonable prices. '

'Recently returned from a 3 night stay at these apartments and we had a great stay in apartment 6. It was modern, clean and bang in the centre of Franschhoek town. The check in was the quickest ever and room was ready for us despite arriving early. The facilities were great and bed comfy - didn’t want to leave the place and wouldn’t hesitate to book when visiting again 😀 '

'I was very happy at One Calais, everything was clean and worked. Check in was simple and the room well fitted out. The apartment is in a nice area and very close to all the restaurant and shops in Sea Point. The only thing you guys need to invest in is a generator or solar. The load shedding is a pain.'

'The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. 'We had a wonderful stay at the Kayleeway apartment. Good communication before check-in and well arranged during check-in. Very neat and clean apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a luxurious kitchen. Complex had a 24/7 security guard who let you into the complex.
