Hotel is clean and nice, looks like almost new. The only problem we had was the noise, you can hear everything from others rooms, shower and people talking or closing doors. Maybe a lack of insulation? Not sure but it’s not easy to rest while in the room.

I cannot say enough about how great the staff was, the rooms are excellent clean well put together, well-designed comfortable really just a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised. The outside looks like just an ordinary hotel, but you walk in and even the lobby and the breakfast room are all put together with great design care and attention to detail. Just a great overall stay.

Staff was Amazing and helpful during check in and check out. We reserved 2 rooms but needed a late check out for just one of them and they were very helpful and completely understanding. The rooms are very clean and super spacious. Will reserve again when we go back to the area.

The room was clean, bathroom seemed updated, the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was lacking. There were oatmeal packets, but no water in the dining area or a microwave to heat the oatmeal up. There was also dry cereal, but no milk.

The facility is not bad for the price. On this particular visit the Wi-Fi was down which meant no TV either. The bedding in my room was dingy and in one bed there was someone’s hair as well as sheets that looked like they may not have been changed. Other than this it appeared reasonably clean. For a quick stay it’s OK. It’s convenient to I-10 and you can’t beat the price. I’ve stayed there the past couple of years, and wouldn’t absolutely rule out staying again; but after my last two visits I’ve decided I will probably look elsewhere the next time I visit.

I am increasingly disappointed in this property. I’ve been staying here since 2018. Never had issues until the property was sold. The shower floor was stained with dirt. There are cleaners that will remove the stains! The bed looked like someone had been sitting on it and the maid left her key in the room. The toilet had mold in it! It just wasn’t clean. I’d have found another hotel but I didn’t have time. Needless to say, I won’t stay there again.
