'Woning ligt op mooie locatie in Malibu met zeer ruime kamers, balkons en keuken. Super voor groot gezin. Uitzicht super. Stranden net te ver om te lopen maar op hele korte rij afstand (<5 min) aantal hele mooie verschillende stranden. Voor ons als gezin met 4 kinderen (14/19) een super plek.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. 'This was the perfect mini romantic weekend getaway from the busy city with such generous and sweet hosts (and their precious dogs!). The gorgeous backyard was spacious with so much room to lounge by the fire pits, run around, hit golf balls by the net, bbq, and much more. 'We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The host was very responsive. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows which means you can also hear the cars on the PCH. This was the perfect spot for us and would stay here again.'

'My parents and cousins came to town for my graduation at CSUN. Patrick's place was great for all of us to just relax, cook together and watch movies all weekend. Awesome amenities, plenty of space, and great kitchen for family meals!'

It felt very bare and minimal and needs a couple touches. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and sounded like they were throwing stuff around all night. 'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.'
