Great comfortable hotel
I stayed in Brooklands for the first time for business. Everything was great! Even standard rooms are very spacious and decorated well, beds comfortable. Breakfast is good. 10 minute busride from Weybridge center. Bus stops in front of the hotel.

I have come to Brooklands for many years & have been to all the museums as well as the Mercedes-Benz facilities, particularly with my 3 grandkids who live nearby. Also the large nearby shopping mall. I had always wondered what the Brooklands Hotel was like. Now I know & will stay there again!

We paid extra for the spa which half of the experiences are missing. I had to book an extra room for 3 Adults. When you can book a family room for two adults and sneak another adult in.The family room is huge it has two double king size beds enough for four adults. Some hotels give you the experience, this one im not feeling it.

Thank you for contacting us directly to answer your feedback , as said our rooms are configured per adult for fire licencing reason. The family rooms accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 16 and although big are not for groups of adults to stay in and therefore a second room would need to be booked. In regards to the spa we advertised that we are under going improvements and you confirmed you were away this was the case. The extra facilities are part of this improvement and opened yesterday the 1st May . I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay but we appreciate your feedback

The room was a good size, modern and clean. Hotel is in a decent location, relevant to shops and restaurants etc. Comfy bed with a good shower, so ticks the main boxes for me. Is good fun having the race Mercedes test track out the front as well. Unfortunately the food here was a massive let down though, extortionately priced, and the burger I had was cold, bland and soggy with a charcoal bun. Found the staff to be a bit disorganised as well. Thought having to pay to park is a bit cheeky when the hotel has it's own car park which is not exactly in the middle of town. Not sure if I would return to be honest, now I know there is a Premier Inn up the road.

Wow, I stayed for my birthday and I wasn’t disappointed at all. From I waked into the foyer absolutely stunning. I was greeted at reception by Kira, well mannered, very helpful, very informative young lady. My room was so spacious and clean. Thank you to Sophie for showing me around the spa areas very helpful too. I loved chilling out in the spa area with a cocktail, as for the hot tub I’m coming back for u again soon lol. I went to the restaurant, the food was really good, don’t get me started on the honeycomb ice cream yum! I definitely recommend and I’m definitely booking again before the year is out.

Brooklands hotel was an absolute joy to stay in . From the reception to the dining staff, they were so courteous and helpful The room was spacious, very comfortable . It’s beautiful in the bar and reception areas . Much nicer than a lot of the 5 star hotels

A minor hicup
Had another lovely stay at Brooklands Hotel breakfast was lovely on the first morning then not so good on the next - mushrooms and tomatoes undercooked and scrambled egg a little dry - this is not normal here so guessing kitchen problems ( we all have them!) but on the whole a great weekend!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you were unhappy with the parking cost adn dinner prices. All of our prices are in line with simnilar properties in the area and take into account the rising food prices which we are all experiencing, however we have kept our increases for the last 3 years to a bare minimum. Our car park is managed by a 3rd party compnay and tehrefore the charges apply and are displayed on all 3rd party sites, We are pleased you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

Good but overpriced
Hotel was nice, but very expensive for what it was! You had to pay additional fees for absolutely everything, including parking at £12 per night, breakfast and even to access the sauna and steam rooms despite paying £185 for our room for 1 night! The room was very small, so we put the aircon on, but it kept turning itself off. The reception staff were nice. We paid for trackside view, personally wouldnt say it was worth it. Only saw a few cars on the track the next morning. Room was relatively tidy, but the hairdryer was disgustingly dirty. Couldnt hear too much outside noise. The big shower head was nice, the smaller one kept going between hot and cold water and wouldnt stay consistent.

Thank you for your feedback which we will certainly look into. The track activity is as per what they have booked during the day and of course this can vary from day to day. All of the extra items are listed on the booking site and these can be booked in advance. I hope we may see you back again.

4 star Hotel only because of the Spa and location.
Stayed here before only as it is convenient to relatives. Very modern hotel hasn’t changed in the past 3 years on first visit. The deluxe room is spacious and modern but is a basic room. No extras. Shower gel , soap etc and in containers. Fluffy towels. No facecloths. 2x bottle of water in fridge. Room is cleaned every 2 days only. Some staff are unfriendly and some are really smiley. Depends who you see. Buffet breakfast which is standard. Lovely crossiants. We stayed 2 nights which is not on the cheap side for what you get. No other hotels in the area near here so they do have the monopoly of being able charge more. Be careful if you come back later in the evening as the gps if you use it can send you to WELLINGTON WAY WHICH IS A GATED LOCKED ROAD . We were struggling on how to get back to the hotel at 10.30pm. Phoned the hotel who gave us a different postcode for the gps. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay at a price. May look elsewhere in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Brooklands again for your stay. As part of our sustainable programme we have mived away from single use plastic amenties and have opted for a quality bulk amenetie that contains no parabins. As ahotel we have never supplied facecloths however all guests rooms do have 2 quality bath sheets and hand towels. I am suprised with your comment on the team as we have a very dedicated team of players a large majority that have been with us for a number of years, we will share this with them so we can ensure our newer team players that maybe havent worked in the hospitly iindustry before can be given more pointers on smiling. I am pleased the team assisted with directions for you on your return to the hotel once the housing area is closed for night time lorries from Amazon. I hpoe we may see you back again in the future.

Really nice, quality hotel.
Lovely hotel, we had a really nice family room which was huge. Hotel amenities are great. Location is good although one of the roads around the estate closes over night as it is part of the Mercedes world over the road. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Parking is an extra unless you book direct.

The road closes due to Lorries from Amazon warehouse passing the housing area at night time, they are redirected past the local shopping area instead. Ithe team are always happy to assist with directions. Parking is not built in to the online packages that offer lower rates than direct bookings that has this facility built in. I hope we can see you back again and thank you for your lovely comments on breakfast.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff were all so nice. We stayed as a family and the room was big and the beds were so comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, I really can’t fault them. My husband I are already planning to return without the kids.

If you wanna treat and have a day to spare I would recommend staying at Brooklands hotel , enjoying the fabulous cocktail bar and dining and then take go to the Brooklands museum the following day

Improve your booking process
Although the staff and facilities were great, the checking in process was painful even though we had rung and checked a few times. On the day we checked in we had lost one of our rooms
