een luxe caravan!
Alhoewel de omgeving wat kaal is, (er zou wel wat meer groen mogen zijn) is de caravan voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen om ons verblijf tot een heerlijke vakantie te maken. we hebben veel gezien en ondernomen. wat we hebben gemist is een Tourist Information Centre maar met Internet kom je een heel eind!

Firstly the host, Neill, is quick to respond to questions, helpful and welcoming. The booking and checking in process was very straightforward. The mobile home itself was spacious and very well thought out - more storage than others we’ve stayed in, especially in the bathroom (although a couple of hooks for towels would be helpful). All basics are provided and some extras (tea towels, washing up liquid, bedding) wifi was very good. The view of the marina is lovely and the location is a great spot for exploring Weymouth, Portland and other surrounding areas. The park facilities were good, pool, park, entertainment etc. even for being slightly out of season they still had activities on, we’ve been to other parks with more options and entertainment but this was still good. We would happily come and stay again

Fabulous
A great place to stay. Thanks so much. A lovely little site. The site was quiet but heading into low season. The caravan has everything you need and we loved sitting in the veranda in the morning and the evening. Highly recommended.

Caravan was spotless, stayed with my partner and MIL, perfect amount of room for 3 of us. Shower was a decent size for a caravan. Lovely 5* site, food was nice, had to drive into Weymouth town everyday as buses were unreliable but was in walking distance to Chesil Beach which was stunning!

We had a great stay in Neill's caravan. Beds were comfy, caravan lovely and clean. Perhaps missing a hook in bathroom for towels and a bathroom bin but that's just me being super picky. The site itself is peaceful and not too busy which we like, great indoor pool, bar and entertainment, we ate at Breeze restaurant and the food and service were fab, great steak and Thai red curry. Would definitely recommend.🙂

Great Accommodation and location
The whole booking process with Neil was great and easy. The accommodation has all you need and was very clean. Chesil beach park itself was very good with nightly entertainment and the food at the restaurant was also very good. The kids loved the swimming pool and was used daily. Overall fantastic location to explore and would recommend to anybody.

Chesil Beach Holiday Park
I don’t normally do reviews, it seems everything you do now everybody wants a review for it. Everything thing about this short stay was easy, from the booking, the communication following the booking to finding the site and mobile home. The mobile home was modern and very clean on arrival and was very well equipped. The site was also very clean with a lot of amenities if you want them. The evening meals were very good and at a reasonable cost. Our experience was that it was ideal for our purpose and would recommend this mobile home and the site. We would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

The owner of this property is very helpful and the caravan is immaculate you have everything you need . Location lovely sea views lots to see and do in the area plus we were lucky we had the sun out easter week. Hope to return again.

Fantastic stay
Great 5 night stay visiting Weymouth for a dance festival. Clean, well maintained and homely caravan. Quiet site with good facilities, nice restaurant, and lovely clean and warm pool. Would definitely look to stay again next year if we are visiting again for the dance festival.

Had a fantastic time here, the park home was lovely and clean, had everything you needed. Great location with the bus stop just round the corner takes you into Weymouth or onto Portland. Short walk to the beach. The club house had decent beer and food too. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay
We had such a great stay at Chesil Vista park. The owner was great at coming back to me with information and let us check in a bit earlier as we got there quicker than we thought we would have. The staff in reception were helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff were very quick to come and help when we had a flat tyre and gave us directions to the nearest kwik fit. The entertainment staff were brilliant-especially Maisie! We loved our stay and it’s easy to explore the area. We visited Portland, Weymouth, Westbay and Bridport. Food shopping was easy as there are plenty of supermarkets nearby, the nearest was Lidl.

What a fantastic caravan and site to stay on - the caravan was clean and had everything you needed and the decking is wonderful. Check in was easy and the staff on site were great, friendly and helpful. Host Neill is great, communication perfect no question is to big or small, he is happy to help. Location fab, easy for catching the buses and perfect to get to everywhere, we had the most fantastic holiday and we both said we would come again, we didn't want to come home! but had to due to work! - Thank you Neill for letting us book your caravan it was a delight.

Best caravan I’ve ever stayed in!
Lovely, clean and spacious caravan. The owner has thought of everything and provides the little essentials that I normally forget! Excellent communication too. The beds were so comfortable that my adult son said he slept better in one of the single beds than he does in his double bed at home! The park location was fantastic for sightseeing and had lovely views. Whilst we didn’t use the facilities there, the staff were friendly and helpful and the site was peaceful, clean and well run. Would definitely recommend and will return if we can. Thank you!!

Perfect place for a short stay
My friends and I took part in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge and booked in this lovely place for our base. Upon arrival we collected a welcome pack from reception as explained by Neill through messages. First impression of the property was how immaculately clean it was, absolutely spotless. As stated in the listing, everything we needed was there. We also felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Unfortunately due to our short stay, we didn’t have the time to make full use of the facilities included, ie indoor swimming pool, sauna and entertainment. We would definitely reconsider staying here again in the future. Thank you Neill

Nice caravan with all you need in it with good out side space to sit out side and enjoy the views of portland. The caravan site is small and quiet with all you need on it to have a great holiday and with in easy reach of weymouth and portland all in all we had a great holiday.

Great break, by the sea.
Prior to our visit, communication was brilliant. Check in was very simple. The caravan was lovely and clean, well furnished and equipped. Any little extras needed to make life easier are tucked away, such as a small hoover and dustpan and brush. Good sized decking area with seating and tables. We used the arcade but not big fans of the entertainment venues, however it looked as though others on site were really enjoying it! We didn’t have enough time to make use of the pool. As always Dorset was amazing, Chesil beach is a wonder of nature, I had great fun researching the geography of the area. The caravan is very close to Weymouth, we walked to Weymouth, Rodwell trail doesn’t have much scenery but you can go to see a castle on the way!

Fantastic short break
This is a cracking caravan in a great location. We have just returned home after a three night break here. On arrival the caravan was super clean, and the host provided essentials such as washing up liquid, tea towel, dish cloth, anti bac gel and spray along with hand soap and toilet rolls. This is one of the best equipped caravans we have stayed in. Check in was easy, and communication with the owner when we had a tiny problem was quick and helpful. Staff onsite were friendly, the pool is lovely - you need to book the day before but we had no issues getting a slot. We didn't use the bar or restaurant on site so can't comment on that. All in all a fantastic stay and we'd like to come back next year.

Amazing !
We have had a wonderful time staying at Chesil Vista. Neill’s place is wonderful. It’s clean, modern, has everything that’s needed and more. The outdoor space/ balcony is a real bonus. It’s spacious and great for a morning coffee or evening meal. The site is small and very well kept. Everyone is respectful and generally it's a very quiet site - peaceful and relaxing. Neill was very accommodating towards us and responded very quickly. The caravan really did exceed our expectations and we are very sad to be leaving! We looked to stay on longer but unfortunately it’s fully booked for the next couple of months! Location is great to explore the local area and attractions by car. Beaches nearby and near enough to get to other places - we traveled to Durdle Door today and it didn’t take long at all - 34/40min car ride! Would recommend this place 10/10. Thank you very much.

Very well equipped property
We spent a very pleasant 3 nights in this property. We found it to be very clean and well equipped, with a surprising amount of storage space. We had friends staying near the harbour and the journey to see them was really quick and easy. We were out a lot so didn't really explore the site although we did have a take away from Breeze one night which was delivered to our van in very quick time. The pool area looked very inviting but was fully booked the day we enquired as it was raining. My only point would be that on check in the staff seemed a little unsure as to some of the services/costs to owners vans, rather than those run by Waterside.

We have just arrived back home 190 miles away from here after arriving on Wednesday. We are so impressed with the whole service we have received. The cost of the property was majorly good in comparison to everywhere else. This break away was apart of 22 other family members who all stayed between Riveria, Seaview and Weymouth bay. Everyone else unpaid between £900-£1,100 for each caravan and we can honestly say this one was 10x better. Our holiday home was spotlessly clean, lovely decor, a large balcony area with seating. The property included everything and more that you need for a holiday. Staff on site were all very welcoming and friendly and the facilities which are available are everything you need. Thank you for having us and I highly recommend. I was hoping to be back end of next month but unfortunately no availability!

The site is so well cared for with really helpful staff. Everywhere was very clean and the facilities were good. The static caravan was spotless and well equipped. Despite the other caravans there, there were views from the balcony of Chesil Beach and the Isle of Portland with good sea views. It is a very quiet site.

Great mid week break.
We stayed in Neill's holiday home from 14th - 18th June with 2 friends. It has everything you need and is in a great location for both Weymouth and Portland. The furnishings and fittings are very good and the shower is a good size, unlike many that you get in similar static holiday homes. The only reason for giving 4 stars for cleanliness is that we needed to clean the shower room as there was dirt and hair behind the toilet. Other than that it was very clean. We liked it so much that we have already booked again.
