'It is a very quaint home. Stairs are very narrow and steep for anyone with difficulty. Place was very quiet, bed comfy. Bathroom very spacious and updated. We were only there one night but would stay again. '

'This property is a lovely space in the heart of beautiful Geneva, IL. The property owners were very gracious and inviting during our stay. The guesthouse is full of amenities and the owners have been so thoughtful in providing the little touches that make your time away extremely comfortable. Animal and nature lovers will be thrilled by the beauty and wildlife found just outside your door. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.'

'False advertising'

'Awful not at all as advertized. Wr paid extra to have a suite with two rooms and 2 baths and there was no such suite at this notel'

'Enjoyed my stay there. I was charged a little extra on site in case of incidentals. I am still awaiting my refund. I did appreciate the stay. The staff were accommodating and attentive. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff at Sonesta.'

'The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.'
