Nice hotel, basic breakfast
Nice hotel close to town. A bit further from Glacier west entrance than we thought, but still ok (45 minutes). Breakfast was much too basic, not much choice and no hot items. Watch out for their small print conditions: upon arrival we were informed about the ‘complimetary’ activities like wifi, gameroom, pool, ‘free’ paddleboards and kayaks and we were given ‘free’ coupons for drinks during the daily (very early) happy hour. Our creditcard was needed for ‘incidentals’. 2 days after checking out our cc was charged for 30 USD. Apparently there is a ‘resort fee’ during high season of 10 USD a day to cover for all these ‘complimantary’ and ‘free’ things!

The Pine Lodge was an excellent choice for our stay in Whitefish. The property was beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and shops. It had all the amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool and patio with a fire ring. There was a bike/walking path just behind it and they had bikes for the guests to use. Thanks

Located on the Whitefish River, nice kayak ride upriver to Whitefish Lake. Clean facilities and friendly people. Only disappointment was jacuzzi tub jets weren't working. Other than that the place is welcoming and in good shape.

The view of the river was wonderful. For the price the hotel was decent but there were cleaning issues found in the room. It was note vacuumed well as my mother and son both found shards of glass on the floor, we didn’t have any glass. The bathtub was not cleaned well. The staff was friendly and resolved these issues once notified.

All good except the games room. Pool table is old missing balls and ques have no tips. Hard to play pool other then that nice place to stay.

We had a really great stay, loved how you can use the bikes and kayaks. Easy walk to downtown. The breakfast was good. The walls are very thin, you can hear people talk or cough.

The staff was so wonderful and kind and helped us by being so accommodating from all of our requests! No one was there so we were given full access to the bikes and kayaks for as long as we’d want. We got those warm cookies every night. We made s’mores. We even asked for some ziploc baggies for our sandwiches and they gave us some! Definitely loved this being the first place I stayed in whitefish, will definitely be back!

The price is right! Bathroom was nice and clean. The staff were so nice and helpful. Heated outdoor pool, only drawback was pool towels were very tiny. Not sure if was the hotel or neighbors but we did find the hotel very noisy.

The amenities are wonderful. Great breakfast that is included in price, indoor/outdoor heated pool, game room, transportation to ski area. The rooms were serviced every day!

I can't say enough great things about the staff at the hotel. Everyone was super friendly and did a great job in every aspect. The breakfast buffet was constantly replenished and rich with selections. The indoor outdoor pool is fantastic and heated enough for the kids to really enjoy even in the winter. The only reason I'm not giving this hotel 5* all across is because the building structure seems old even though the interior is renovated, clean and well maintained. When people walk above you, it sounds extremely loud and the water pressure in the showers is also that of an old structure. Probably not much, if anything, can be done on this front. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was lovely! It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool was super fun and there’s a “Den” that was an excellent place to hang out. I’ll be back!
