Very conveniently located and cosy cottage
Sherbert cottage is a great place to stay for a few days and enjoy Whitstable. It's clean and comfortable. Everything is done to make it easy and welcoming.

A lovely cottage
You won’t be disappointed if you book this comfortable well equipped cottage. My friend and I stayed for two nights. We enjoyed soaking up the local atmosphere, walking around the charming town, a coastal walk, and sampling the local oysters.

First trip to England, definitely not the last
We enjoyed our two weeks at Sherbet Cottage. It's a nice, cozy place that offers everything you need. It's also in perfect walking distance to the beach, main street and several bus stops. Whitstable is lovely, with lots of shops and restaurants, and a good starting place for day trips (we did London, Canterbury and some others).

Lovely cottage, great location
We really enjoyed our stay. As well as three good sized and comfortable rooms, the cottage has good communal areas including a garden that catches the sun at breakfast time. It is only 5 mins walk from the beach and the high street. Check in was easy, and communication quick and easy. Would definitely return.

Sherbert Cottage was the perfect place for a three night stay. Central location close to the seafront and high street. The off road parking was a bonus. The property itself was well appointed and decorated to a high standard. The owners were super quick to fix the WiFi issue and that was certainly appreciated by our 9 year old!

Girls weekend away
Friends 60th weekend, the cottage was just prefect from the moment we entered via the back gate to the beautiful kitchen, cute lounge and such comfy bedrooms. It was just fabulous from start to finish. He candy was the nicest touch too

Amazing cottage in an amazing location
We stayed in Sherbet cottage with 4 adults and two young kids and it didn’t disappoint! It is a really homely cottage 2 minutes walk from the harbour and into town. The kids absolutely LOVED the sweets (as did the “older kids”)! Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone looking for a cosy home in Whitstable! Fantastic!

Whitstable Sweetness
Such a lovely property and in a prime location literally two minutes from the harbour, the high street and all of Whitstable’s amenities. Communication was clear and quick with the owners and the property itself was very clean. What sets the cottage apart however are the lovely little extras. The sweet shop was a huge hit with the kids (and adults) plus a few board games in the dining room was also a welcome addition. We were also welcomed with a bottle of red wine upon arrival which is a first for a holiday rental for us. If you’re looking for somewhere quaint, perfectly positioned and well appointed for your stay, you can’t go wrong booking Sherbet Cottage.

Excellent holiday cottage
This was the fifth time we have stayed at Sherbet Cottage. It is spacious and has a perfect location in a pedestrian precinct near the Harbour. It is near Whitstable beaches and shops and Tankerton beaches. The parking space is a godsend. We particularly appreciated the brand new kitchen. We hope very much to come next year.

Lovely couple of weeks in Whitstable
In general we were very pleased with the accommodation. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with essentials for cooking. The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the town and Whitstable is well located for trips out to explore the wider area.

Very clean property, good quality bed linen, lots of hot water, well equipped but no cafetière. Good central position in Whitstable, lots of local information in the property. Would be easier if the back gate could be opened. Overall a good property and would recommend it

A lovely calming stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at Sherbet Cottage. Michelle was super responsive to all our messages before our stay, and even called on the morning of our check-in when there was an issue with the backdoor, which was ultimately fixed before we checked in (we were informed of that good news also). The cottage is beautifully decorated and very evocative of the area, plus so conveniently located to the harbour and all of the amazing restaurants and seaside pubs. We thoroughly recommend!

Nicely presented, comfy, and in that estate agents' favourite cliché, 'deceptively spacious' cottage a couple of minute's walk from the harbour. Our two young teens loved the old skool sweet shop cupboard! Thumbs up from us.

Pretty Cottage, Great Location
We stayed as a family of 4 (2 young kids) and were joined for the final two nights by my in laws. The cottage is well appointed with a great location for the restaurants, shops and beaches of Whitstable and Tankerton. Overall a very pleasant stay. The only thing that could be improved would be an upstairs bathroom!

Excellent holiday cottage
Sherbet Cottage was excellent for our family (us, daughters, grandchildren). Its location is perfect with 5/10 minute access to two beaches and the old town and harbour. The cottage is also a fine location for indoor activities when weather is rainy - lots of games are provided. It is so easy to cope with changeable weather there. The cottage is very well appointed with three double bedrooms. The standard of cleanliness when we arrived was immaculate - we felt very safe in these Covid times. This was our fourth visit and we will definitely want to come back.
