'It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the...

'Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Our family was able to congregate in the lobby, which was vety appreciated. Our room and the lobby was as pictured. The space looked to be recently updated. The pool area was an older space but was still a nice way to unwind. The staff was excellent! Overall a great experience.'

'I did not stay at this property. The entire place was filthy and there were undersirable people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby as We arrived. Requested to see the room and staff stated ' Did you see the pictures on the website"?. The rooms smelled and the carpet, chairs, walls and bedspread were covered with stains.and vomit in the elevator. '

'The building is old and it showed. The room was big, 1 of the biggest rooms I have stayed in. I was with a friend and he did not like the room, he felt unsafe there. Heard people in the hall talking most of the night.'
