'This facility was like a little fairy tale cottage. We loved it! There was a fire pit with plenty of wood and kindling provided and hammocks in the trees for relaxing and reading. Definitely recommend for an option far more unique than a chain hotel.'

'The location is 5 - 10 minutes out of town conveniently located where most of the wineries are too. We needed somewhere to go last minute, and this was available. The owner is very nice, responsive through communication and they even shared eggs from their yard <3 should we ever come back to the area we would definitely consider staying again. Would only recommend for 2 people due to size.'

'The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go.'

"I don’t mind older hotels and don’t need luxury or fancy stuff but I do like my room clean and that just wasn’t the case here. There were stains on the sheets, the floor was greasy and the bath tub was so worn down I really dreaded taking a shower. We decided not to stay and booked a room across the street; best decision for us. Lady at reception was very friendly though, there sure is potential to make this a nice place to stay but the current state just wasn’t ok for us.."
