Hi Shad, Thank you for your honest review. I'm sorry to hear about your noisy neighbors. We're working on getting some commercial white noise machines installed in each room to help in situations such as these, which are understandably frustrating. In regards to the elevator situation, the storms appeared to have knocked out a phone line required to be accessible by the elevator. Despite our maintenance team coming in (in response to your call) and doing their best, they were unfortunately not able to resolve this issue the same night. In the 9 years this building has been open, this is the first time we had one of these types of situations. We were able to work with our elevator company to get the issue resolved, but I'm so sorry that it affected your stay.Thanks for alerting us to these issues and giving us a chance to remediate them.

I know we had some cable issues while you were here, so I'm sorry if that contributed to your dissatisfaction. Our cable provider, Spectrum, moved a number of our boxes off of our account (without our knowledge) and failed to correctly transfer billing codes, leaving us with 23 units with no cable, which was incredibly disruptive for our guests. We were able to get this resolved, but it took a few days. We're always looking for ways to improve, so please do reach-out.
