'Heel mooi gelegen in het centrum met gratis parkeren. Inchecken lukte niet direkt maar snel opgelost. lastig als je slecht ter been bent, geen lift en veel trappen lopen. Ontbijt prima, kamer groot genoeg met een goed bed. Had wat schoner gekund, als er no geld op de vloer ligt is er al even niet goed schoon gemaakt.'

'Wel op een drukke baan, maar eenmaal binnen een oase aan rust. De ontbijtruimte is heel charmant met een mooie tuin achter. De kamer was heel mooi. Wij hadden de deluxe studio met stapelbed voor de kinderen. Groot genoeg. Heel mooie badkamer. Kleine kitchenette aanwezig. Het interieur ook super. Maar vooral de gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk, gedienstig. Een top B&B! '

'Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die gezellig een praatje komt maken als je dat op prijs stelt en voor je klaar staat. Prima eenvoudig en meer dan voldoende ontbijt. De B&B zit in een oud victoriaans gebouw, badkamer kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken (voorbereiding daarvan leek al in gang gezet). Daarom iets lagere score op netheid en staat van accommodatie. Op loopafstand vind je de ferry naar Portsmouth met een oude haven en nieuwe shoppingoutlet en boulevard met arcades, kermis en meer vermaak.'

'Self service so expected some instructions - couldnt get tv to work. Coffee, tea n sugar provided - no milk. Kettle supplied on shelf - no plug nearby. Low light - difficult to read. However good location, warn and clean - also cheap. :)'

'The property was within walking distance to look around lymington , the accomadation was spotless and Andrea was so helpful and friendly and there was good parking facilities .'

'We liked the historical charm. The brekfast choice is excellent. It is being restored so some allowance must be made. '

'A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. '

'The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again.'
