'Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!'

'We were in town for an 8 day conference. This house was about same price as even the reduced rate at the hotel, and far better in every way. The convenience and savings of having an actual kitchen was a huge advantage, and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a family of 5, as opposed to a single hotel room. 'The house was very clean and in a convenient location. Host was accommodating for a later checkout and provided a number to be called for any assistance. Parking was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but was managed easily. Great place to stay.'

'I had several family members from out of town for my son’s graduation and some of them stayed here. We were also able all get together here to celebrate the occasion. Everyone slept well in their comfy beds and we also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The fourth bedroom is off the garage which makes it kind of a fun places for older kids.'

We are tired of staying in cramped hotels and needed more room for the different activities. Kelly’s townhome was perfect! The place was very clean with comfortable beds. We had plenty of room to relax, spread out and have family/friends game night around the kitchen table. The neighborhood was quiet too. We will certainly book again when we are in Fayetteville!'

'Extremely clean and very well appointed. Included all the little conveniences (coffee, sugar, dishwasher pods, extra blankets, lots of dishes, outlets and usb ports) that are so annoying when they are missing. The location is excellent: it's a very short drive to U of A, but the area is much quieter (all the residents definitely observed the posted quiet hours at night) and there are TWO dedicated parking spots. The one drawback might be if you are a light sleeper as you can hear a train maybe...

'We were there to visit family and trek to Russellville to see the Eclipse. The property is well designed for a family/group - one bedroom with a king/adjoining bathroom, another with a double, a fold out futon and trundle beds also, even the living room sofa was super comfy. Host was very responsive when one in our group wanted to extend an extra night. The entire stay worked out great for a group and reasonable price point. 'Quiet, out-of-the-way location with great views. Not so far from town that you feel isolated, but far enough away to have quiet solitude. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub and fire pit were a great bonus.'

'I can't say enough about the excellence of my suite at the Hills St. address. It was grand, glorious and so comfortable. Having the sunroom and deck was a plus for entertaining my close family after my granddaughter's graduation... We even walked to the arena and avoided traffic and parking. I'll be sure to stay here if I ever travel back to Fayetteville! Loved this place!'

'This is a very clean and cozy cabin. It has all kitchen supplies you will need. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the cabin and cooked lunch in the grill ( in 30 degree weather). The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and there is a running stream right next to the farmers cabin running to the pond. We hiked the property for a very short time. This cabin is close to Devils Den. We hiked a couple trails there. There is a Dollar General and a gas station about 20 minutes away in...
