'The property has 4 short flights of steps which are more ladders. It will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues and/or small children. Holter is full of algae in late summer, fishing is still good but no one will want to get in the water. It is a one-person kitchen. The A-frame-type roof makes ceiling very close to bed, so watch your head. Holter Lake is a beautiful setting, but with all the additional charges, the price point is very high for the property.'

'Access was easy. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the dishes, pans and utinsels we would ever need. Beds were comfortable, applicance up-to-date and worked well. The various decks on the river are amazing. When it started raining on us on one, we were able to transfer to another that was covered. Recommend highly.'
