'The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast menu has been the same for the last three days, except for an alternative option of pancakes and muffins. Additionally, the bathroom amenities such as the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, and the shower gel was almost out, which was an inconvenience during our stay.'

'I have a house being renovated, my daughter is living thru it, and there is no shower at the house. So staying here where it was so clean, took herself a long shower, and stretched out on the floor…..then slept like a log! Next time I come to Sacramento, if I need a hotel I am staying here.'

'Overall we liked the property. The security officer at the property entrance was both concerning and comforting. Concerning that we were in a potentially unsafe and/or high crime area, and comforting that someone was taking precautions. The buildings don't have elevators. 'Absolutely stunning place..quiet and eloquent. The room and bathroom were exceptional and so spacious. We took a room with a balcony to be able to enjoy the river view. Dinner was easy just next door, expensive but convenient. Love, Love , love the place. Will look to return when the construction on the river bedside is done. 'The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Check in process was a little awkward with someone at a remote site on a screen checking you in. Also the directions to our room were poor. I think if someone had been there directing us, it would’ve been clearer. The directions to the room just flashed up on the screen for about 10 seconds. Breakfast was OK.'
