'We had a girls weekend over Memorial Day. The condo was very clean and with plenty of room. The views of Loon Mtn were fantastic and we watched the gondola travel up and down. It was great weather and surprisingly quiet. We only had two days there but it was just what we needed. Close to everything. Great restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. We would definitely love to stay again.'

'My familly stayed at the property for a wedding in Meredith and the location and proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. 'This property is legitimately on a beautiful lake. You can take a short walk down to a beach and use the free charcoal grills and go for a swim if you'd like. The hose itself is very spacious, including a large deck that overlooks the lake. The house could have used a bit more cleaning, definitely not sparkling clean, but it wasn't too bad.'

'Eight of us rode the Kanc and used this house as basecamp, we each ranked it five out of five stars. The living room is awesome and with the windows open the sound of the raging river was the icing on the cake. Kitchen and peninsula made socializing while cooking a breeze. The deck and Adirondack style chairs were the perfect place to relax and hang out after our big ride. Clean, fun layout, and exactly what we were hoping for. We will be back!'

"We booked for two nights and stayed a third too. And if time permitted, we would have booked a 4th and a 5th! The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). Randy and Jonathan are perfect hosts, who dealt very well with our coffee addiction and brought us additional cups every morning. Rooms are clean and spacious, with some very good restaurant options nearby (El Charro with a great house Margarita, and the Woodstock Brewery Inn)."

"The hotel is currently being renovated, so the corridor with the elevator is a construction site. Our room had not yet been renovated and made a dated impression. But all necessary facilities were present and working. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cleaners. Of the 5 hotels during our trip through New England, this was the least good."
