'This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay.'

'We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy.
