'Great stay! Very clean and a lovely quiet setting. Shower in Master bedroom could have had a better water pressure. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.'

'ij aankomst dacht ik het kan niet waar zijn de buiten kant zag er echt oud uit. Vriendelijke service bij het inchecken en erg snel. Eenmaal bij de kamer kon ik mijn ogen niet geloven hoe keurig dit soort studio er uit zag zo mooi en schoon. Echt een aanrader dicht bij het strand op ongeveer 100 meter. Perfect om hier te verblijven. Ga er zeker weer heen.'

'Ruim vakantie huis met overdekte kleine warande die net als sommige slaapkamer ramen voorzien is van horren. Alles werkt, is netjes geschilderd en voorzien van 2 moderne badkamers. Het ene bed is knetter hard en het andere zacht dus er valt wat te kiezen. De keuken is wat karig ingericht qua gereedschappen en de pannen zijn aan vervanging toe.'

'Pool was amazing,no chlorine, or salt..like bottled water,,and perfect warm temp. Inside immaculate,clean everywhere,host making sure all is ok during stay. Wanted to book another date but was already taken. Left both radts there fir orgers to use.hopefully be there when i return.'

'Great spot to stay! Genuinely very happy with our experience. Extremely clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and complete privacy for a couples stay or a small family. Host has great attention to detail and offered helpful things like beach bag, beach towels, games, sunblock, commonly forgot items, etc. Really loved our stay! We used Uber to travel into downtown Cape Coral and to Fort Meyer Beach both an easy trip from the house!'

'Very centrally located (walking distance to the great farmers market, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc!) and easy to find and access. It’s small, as advertised, and all we needed. Very well stocked kitchen/laundry, including coffee, creamer, spices, detergent, softener. Very clean. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more, including hair ties! Well done. We’ll be back.'

'Loved our stay at The Sand. It was quiet, quaint, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I would recommend buying any cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, beach gear etc. you may need. Otherwise the stay was amazing and tucked away at the end of the block.'

'Room was disgustingly dirty . Furniture fell apart almost got hurt drawers were full of sand , freezer was rusted remote and front door did not work properly , bugs in room all day on table. Pillows were disgusting . Stay away from this condo. property manager didn’t care at all about room n was severely overpriced for the condo. Beware of renting from sea gypsy vacation rentals . Gorgeous view but horrible experience with everything else. Vrbo is awesome to rectify your situation'

'We just spent one week here. The location was great for sightseeing and day trips. There was a Publix right across the street, very convenient! As for the condo, it was spotless and VERY well stocked. Anything we could think of was there! Super easy to talk to the owners, they visited the property at least once a day and always asked how things were. Very attentive. The pool was great and clean. Loved spending time in the pool on those hot days. We would recommend this condo 100%, can’t wait to...

'Location is marvelous: Quiet, surrounded by nature. The porch alone is worth the stay, and having the beach a mere mile or so down the road? Eliminates questions about what to do (but bring footware!) Challenges: keycode system is insane, and also non-functional. Glad we had the keys instead. Especially as the promised beach towels were still in the cellar. Thanks to Vacasa team for working us through the entry issues. Otherwise?
