What I liked most about this property is all of the thoughtful places to make memories… in the spacious kitchen, in the recreation room, by the fire pit, on the boat dock…. This Lilly Pad is truly a special place!

We really did enjoy our stay. One bed was too small for two adults but other than that all beds were comfortable. The large kitchen was fantastic for our family reunion potluck prep. I gave a four for cleanliness because cobwebs held dead flies. This is common in high ceiling homes. Otherwise the home was clean. The putting green was dirty and bumpy. but loved the outdoor patios. It is a Beautiful home

Bachelor fishing trip
Group of 6 guys came down for a “bachelor” fishing trip. House was clean, big and well stocked. Game room was nice for bad weather. Boat house was a pleasant surprise to be able to keep two boats inside especially with the rain we had. Would definitely stay again.

This property did not disappoint, Barry and Felicia responded to every question we had. We had 8 stay with plenty of room to hang out. Boat ramp was indeed very useful, would recommend staying while fishing on Lake fork.

We enjoyed our time at this property. Big house with lots of sleeping spaces. Great game room and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. We particularly enjoyed the shaded area closer to the lake where we could listen to the trees and feel the breeze off the lake. Great time!

Nice place to stay on the lake with family and friends.
Nice house and yard. Plenty of space for everyone. One issue was that when the rain comes, we had some minor issues with water coming under the door and leaky roof.

Best stay on Lake Fork
We had 4 bass boats and 9 guys at this property. Plenty of room for all of us and our gear. A bonus is the private ramp on site. This is our third time staying at this house and we will definitely be back. The owners are awesome and quick to respond if you have any questions. We have been staying at VRBO properties for many years and Barry is one of the best property owners we've had.

Lake Fork Family Trip
We traveled all the way from Michigan, 18 hours driving time, to stay at this wonderful home. It was 7 of us, me, my husband, my parents and our 3 grown kids. The house is so big, it was so nice that our kids had their own space upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very cool area with a TV, fireplace and wet bar for them to hang out in. The house has so many unique areas to just relax in. The game room was so much fun and also the huge dining room is where me and my mom did crafts while everyone else went fishing. They had a lot of nice touches that made the house very welcoming, each bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, there were "One Beat" charging stations everywhere for your phone. There is even a cupboard with books in it in case you wanted to sit back and read which I did sneak away to read in the little sunroom quite a bit. The house is decorated very cute and it is stocked with whatever you will need to prepare your meals with. The backyard is very peaceful, the views of the lake are amazing and a huge plus is the private boat launch and boat house.. I did quite a bit of research on the area and other rentals before we came to Texas but this home was by far the best one, we would definitely come back again!!

We had an amazing time for our annual family vacation. The house was the perfect size and accommodated all of us very nicely! The view from the back patio was absolutely stunning. The owners of the home were very quick to reply to whatever we needed. The only recommendation I could give would be to maybe give some updates to the mattress’s upstairs. The bedrooms on the 1st floor had amazing mattresses, but the ones on the second floor were kind of hard. Overall amazing home with amazing views!

This was our second time to stay at this lake house. We had a great time, and everyone from our 3 year old to his 75 year old grandfather enjoyed the trip. The house is very well laid out and is well stocked. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Family Time
The accommodations far surpassed our expectations!! The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and spices! We did not have a need for anything! Water was low unfortunately but we were told ahead of time. We still enjoyed the boathouse and outdoors. Look forward to when lake is up again to try again.

Family Vacation
What a great week we had at the Lake House. Our two sons & their families had not all been together for over 2 years. The lake house was perfect for all 11 of us. Very spacious & comfortable. The temperature was 100+ everyday so it kept the adults from taking advantage of all the activities in the yard. But it didn't stop the grand kids much. They played peewee golf on the putting green, whiffle ball on the grass, swam down by the boat house & made smores around the fire pit. We weren't able to dock our jet ski at the boat house due to the water level but we found Lake Quitman which was just a 15 min drive from the house. We had the whole lake to ourselves! We did rent a couple pontoon boats from the Lake Fork Boat rental one day to go fishing on Lake Fork. We had a lot of fun but didn't catch any fish. Barry & Felicia were great hosts. They answered all our questions very promptly. We did have a little issue with gnats but that is typical for this time of year. All is all, we would highly recommend the lake house for a vacation getaway.

Spacious House Great for Groups!
We loved our stay at this beautiful lake house this past weekend! We went with a group of 12 friends for our annual summer trip. There was plenty of space for all of us, which is hard to come by with such a large group. We really liked that the game room was located at the other side of the house so anyone who wanted to go to bed early could while the rest of us stayed up and didn’t have to worry about being quiet. The lake house is beautiful, a few people brought their kayaks and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. The only thing I will say is it’s not the best swimming lake, it’s kind of difficult to get into and is very muddy on the bottom. Some of our group did swim, but it’s just not as swimming friendly as other lakes. Nothing against the house, that’s just the nature of Lake Fork! The porch and backyard outside are also very spacious, we were able to blow up two pools on the deck and hang out, staying cool while some of the group grilled. The A/C in the house works great which is something I always worry about when cooling a big place during 100 degree weather. The kitchen is also very spacious, with plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen and the table in the dining room is big enough for everyone to eat together. The hosts were quick to communicate with us and made checkin/out easy and straightforward. Overall the house and the grounds are very nice and we would happily return in the future!

We enjoyed staying at the lake house. It is a very spacious home and property. The game room was a hit with the teens. Everything you could need was stocked in the kitchen. An enjoyable stay with age groups from teen to 70’s. Barry quickly answered questions and fixed our concerns.

Fishing on the Lake
We had a great time, although the weather did not work in our favor to fish this time. The ping pong table worked great for the time it rained and to cold to fish. The house was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and find their own privacy when needed. The dining area was large enough for all of us to sit down and enjoy a family meal together as well. We are all looking forward to coming back for another stay when the weather is a little warmer and dryer. The quiet and private neighborhood is what my family enjoys. Thank you.

This is a great property from the house all the way to the boat house. We had 5 boats and there was enough room to park all 5 on property. The ping pong table, putting green and other games provided fun times when we couldn't get on the water to fish. Had a great time on our annual fishing and trip and will stay at this property again!

Perfect spot on Lake Fork for a group
Our family “met-in-the-middle” at Lake Fork and 4 generations enjoyed this house for Christmas. Lots of room inside, wonderful outdoor spaces, well stocked with supplies and very responsive owners. Cooking for 12 was a breeze in the large kitchen. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. This is the best kind of vacation rental. Hope to be back in the summer!
