Room was fine, with good bed and pillows. Bathroom requires some update/servicing. Personnel is kind and provides good service. Breakfast was fine with sufficient variety. At one night very early they started outside with a leave blower, disturbing the night. The prices were very high around Adipec exhibition and did not even include breakfast. Good location at Yas Plaza with sufficient restaurants and bars. Overall a good score.

Goed en net hotel, centrale locatie
Goed en net hotel. Het hotel is schoon, modern en de medewerkers vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt op Yas island, aan de overkant van het Yas Marina Circuit. Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving en vanaf het hotel is de rest van Abu Dhabi goed te bereiken. Dichtbij Abu Dhabi international airport (daardoor hoor je vliegtuigen wel duidelijk overvliegen. De auto konden we onder het hotel parkeren. De kamer was netjes, modern ingericht. Bed wel wat aan de zachte kant. Zijn maar 1 nacht in dit hotel geweest dus kan niets zeggen over zwembad of andere faciliteiten.

Excellent value
Stayed for three days at Centro Yas Island Abu Dhabi on a business trip. The whole experience was a very pleasant one, even though I did not have time to use the facilities they have on offer, like shuttle to the beach. Short cab ride to Yas Mall and Ferrari racetrack and easy connection with the city.

Heerlijk hotel om ook langer te verblijven. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, maar niet op afstand. Ontbijf en diner zijn erg goed. Kaart is minder gevarieerd dan Rotana Hotel (Centro ligt naast Rotana), maar heel goed uitgevoerd. Heerlijke twee weken gehad

Wij (mijn zoon en ik) hebben hier zeven nachten gelogeerd. Het was een aangenaam verblijf. De medewerkers proberen alles voor je te doen om het zo super mogelijk te hebben. Niets is hun te gek. Personeel altijd even vrolijk en vriendelijk. Mijn zoon gaf aan dat ze eigenlijk te gek waren met hetgeen wat ze deden.

Amazing stay with friendly staff and a clean hotel. Pity they don't rent bicycles anymore :( the environment is beautiful and would be great to explore by bicycle.

Is een fijn hotel,voor:stellen,zonder kinderen,zwembad te klein,bar tyden mogen wat ruimer opengesteld worden,zodat je er tussen de middag en,avond ook een versnapering kunt nutiggen.Kamer,vondt ik te klein,maar was wel naar deze tyd ingericht. Service perfect,en de klant vriendelijkheid,super!!

Super hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie, op een km van Ferrari World, en een 5 min van Luchthaven.

I arrived during the largest floods in decades in Abu Dhabi, and the hotel was overbooked. However, the manager sorted out a stay next door at Staybridge Suites for me very quickly and helped me move my luggage and move in there. The area is convenient for the airport and trips within Abu Dhabi and to Dubai, but since I didn't end up staying at Centro, I cannot comment on the facilities. The staff were very helpful in a difficult situation that arose due to a weather emergency.

Comfortable hotel located minutes drive form Yas Mall and the theme parks on Yas Island. Modern, clean and affordable. Only gripe was the AC struggled to go below 20c.

Beautiful property. I was only there one night but the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities ie iron, ironing board, comfy bedding, kettle station etc. There was nothing I had to call the front desk for.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone and messaging (live chat) attempting to change my check-in date for 3 rooms, because my client's flight was delayed by 1 day. I was never able to change the check-in date, therefore I was charged the full price of the 3 rooms - and ended up staying at another hotel because of the service. Centro Yas Island reservation desk was not reachable, unless you contacted the restaurant reservations and asked them to transfer you. This was highly frustrating and would not recommend for this reason. I have no idea what the property was like, since I was never able to check-in at the hotel.
