Bij aankomst onvriendelijk onthaal en personeel voor benodigdheden derde persoon ondanks boeking voor 3 personen Bij ontbijt terras niet proper, tafel werd gedekt door bestek zo neer te gooien geen uitleg nog goedemorgen Parking , gehuurde wagen was doorzocht, zonnebrillen uit brillenkoker in Midden-Oosten kilometers klopten niet bij tweede dag en na nemen van foto voor bewijs Er was geen "borg" vastgelegd op de krediet kaart resultaat lege minibar opslot geen waarschuwing noch uitleg nochtans was dit geen probleem. Dit hotel genomen op aanraden maar zal zeker niet verder aanraden integendeel

Prima 4-sterren hotel, uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit
Hotel is niet verkeerd voor een 4-sterren hotel. Als het hotel vol zit dan is het met het ontbijt redelijk hectisch en als je tussen 09:00-10:00 wilt gaan ontbijten dan moet je in een rij staan. Dat is eigenlijk wel het enige nadeel wat wij hebben ervaren. Zwembad is klein maar prima, als je te laat naar het zwembad gaat dan kan je geen bedje meer vinden. Een uitstekend alternatief is het Yas Beach Club waar je gratis gebruik van kan maken. De Beach Club is op loopafstand en als je lui bent kan je met het Yas Express busje. Locatie is top aangezien op Yas Island veel te doen is zoals Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, F1 Circuit, Warner Bros en Yas Mall. Taxi's zijn goedkoop dus je bent max 5 euro kwijt om vanaf het hotel naar 1 van bovenstaande attracties te gaan. F1 Circuit is max 5 min lopen. Er wordt wel naast het hotel veel gebouwd maar daar heb je weinig tot geen last van. Ze zijn al redelijk ver en verwacht midden 2019 dat ze daar klaar mee zijn. Kamers zijn prima maar je hoort af en toe een vliegtuig overkomen aangezien het hotel vlak bij het vliegveld staat. Wij hebben daar geen problemen mee gehad maar je hoort andere mensen er wel over klagen!!

Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi
Rooms are business like and a bit out dated- toliet seat broken in bathroom. Pool is nice, however sun loungers require an update. Cyan beach is a 10 min walk away or a golf cart- no bar or restaurant at Cyan beach. Staff very friendly, breakfast nice and stills restaurant offers good fare. Yas waterfront is a ten min walk away and lots ofgpod restaurants.

I've stayed at several places on Yas Island and this hotel was gorgeous. Very polite and helpful staff, great breakfast, very happy with my stay. I come into town 2 or 3 times a year, and I will stay here again.

He was very dismissive when I asked about the facilities amenities, and refused to acknowledge my IHG status when I gave him my membership number for the points rewards. Time for a refresh
My room was very tired and in need of renovation. The sliding patio doors were stiff and extremely difficult to open and close. The veneer was starting to come off the furniture. And every time I used the shower the bathroom floor ended up saturated. All fundamental things that should not happen at a top hotel.

The hotel and pool was beautiful. They have very polite staff. The bed was hard and the cleaning staff tried to come in the room at 8pm to do the daily cleaning.
