'We stayed at this cozy beach house while waiting for our new house to close. Our kids (3 & 7) loved the little playset and the beach and spent most of the week outside. It was great! Communication with the host when a concern popped up was excellent and they promptly responded and handled the situation. We really enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The fire pit was the highlight for us and we spent several hours each evening enjoying a fire and smores. 'Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

We only had a few notes on things like cleanliness and broken furniture (an easy fix if there would have been basic tools available). Dogs are welcome here, which is wonderful, but there was quite a lot of dog hair present in one of the beds, which made us feel like the sheets weren't changed. We just did that ourselves.
