Centraal gelegen,
Ik kom al zo'n 25 jaar af en toe in dit hotel. Het is gemakkelijk bereikbaar, heeft ruime kamers en een redelijk zwembad. In de afgelopen 25 jaar is er niet veel aan veranderd, maar de tijd heeft zijn sporen achtergelaten. Alles is niet meer helemaal zoals het ooit was. Het ontbijtbuffet was vroeger beroemd. Er is nog steeds veel keus, maar toch niet meer zoals vroeger. De WiFi-verbinding op mijn kamer gaf in de ochtend nog wel een (langzame) verbinding met het internet, maar begaf het in de avond, als alle gasten met hun mobieltje bezig waren, helemaal.

Busines hotel with room for improvement
Location: walking distance to the main train station, though not recommended with lugage. The hotel is nearby a local mosque, so expect to be woken up at 4:30 for morning prayer, with pretty high volume. Hotel premises: would classify this more as 3-star as the hotel has a feeling of being pretty tired and in need of an overhaul. Restaurant is pretty good though, with decent breakfast. Room: could have been cleaner, actually rather basic for a 4-star hotel; main problem is the noise though, as corridors echo all types of noise and insulation of the rooms is not adequate. WiFi was extremely slow in the room, but OK in the lobby. Overall: if you want the real 4-star level, as a European traveller you probably want to go to the Melia Purosani. If you want to save a lodging cost and you don't mind the noise, then the Santika should do fine. Overall conclusion: not top-notch and with room for improvement in this category

Heel fijn hotel
Prima hotel voor een paar nachten in Yogya, op loopafstand van de Jl Marlioboro en vlakbij goede restaurants, kamers aan straatzijde hebben last van verkeerslawaai, heel fijn zwembad

Heel goed hotel
Ruim en schoon, erg mooi ingericht. Heel vriendelijk personeel en lekker zwembad. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Dicht bij station. Op onze kamer deed alleen de airco het niet echt goed. Verder over alles tervreden.

Stay was not price worthy
We have been staying for only 1 night. The room is big, but the interior seems to be pretty much outdated. It is not that we do not like vintage. The bathroom is really terrible for the price standard this hotel is aiming for it is ridiculous. A typical Indonesian management, where maintenance has no priority. For the same price or cheaper there are better hotels located in the same street.

Premiere Hotel Santika Jogja
Very friendly staff in this hotel. Room service was very swift. Wide choice of food at breakfast. The room was spacious, very neat and clean. Downside was that there was only one electrical socket available for personal use in the room. It was particularly hot in Jogja during my stay due to vulcano activity in the region at the time, but the AC kept the room nice and cool. All in all I've had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This is a very good hotel. It is an old hotel but very well maintained. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant has a limited menu but everything I tried was of a good quality. The immediate vicinity is not very interesting - but grab taxi is easy to obtain and it is not far to any part of central Jogya. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are very helpful. They are very polite. I have been very happy with my entire stay at the hotel - other hotels could take a lesson from this hotel in how to provide good service.

Great hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in central Jogja and is convenient for many local attractions. Excellent sized room with with all essentials provided. The hotel breakfast was very tasty with a nice range of options

They had a great rain fall shower. Free Wifi Free breakfest. Had a nice pool didnt use it my self but looked great. My wife is from Indonesia so was able to get a discount. If your traveling through this area make sure you stay here

Bad experience with Hotel SPA. The service was very bad. The staff are talking to each other and laugh so loud. Even when we told them the aircon was freezing cold they told us to dry the mask or scrub faster. They nvr think the customer point of view. How can the Spa did not make any preparation in advance such as towel for customer to take shower in the spa. They even told the customer to take their shower at their room due to out of towel when they finish their massage. If they inform the customer in advance we would not take the package not to waste our money. We come to hotel spa for relaxing but end up the service was bad. Will not recommend to my friends.

This hotel was our favorite hotel but now it has gone down. It smelled cigarette smoke in the hall way and in our non smoking rooms. I asked them to clean or room but the cigarette smell didn't go away instead they sprayed perfume. The AC was not cold. Breakfast selection was good. We don't think we will come back.

Good facilities and excellent customer service.
As a solo traveller the free room upgrade was an unexpected and welcome bonus. Staff were helpful with tour suggestions and booking to visit Borobudur and Prambanan which were breathtaking. Nominal charge for personal airpot shuttle service to/from the airport.

Nice hotel at convenient location
The hotel located in Main Street. Can go everywhere easily. The staff are very friendly helpful and polite. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is great with lots of choices and tastes good. Overall the hotel is worth with the price. Sure will stay again if go to Yogyakarta.

Good place to retreat after a long day out
Staffs were always approachable and helpful. Spa / Massage service was good and professional. Room absolutely comfy and hotel situated near eating place and shopping area.

Good hotel, needs improvement
Friendly staff and willing to help always when requested. Reception lady was amazing and friendly. Never fail to wave goodbye answer hello to me every time she sees me. The security guard at the front door was really polite and helpful. However during the check in on the first day, my room was missing all tea and coffee packaging. Plus small face towels were missing form the room too. Room wasn’t very clean either.Tap was leaking in the bathroom and was very noisy. Other than that the room is spacious and comfortable . The blankets were thin and were a bit older. Need upgrade. The hallway can be a bit noisy at night when people come walk in and out. If you are a gym junkie or plans to use the gym during your stay, the gym is very very tiny and have very limited equipment . It is difficult to locate the gym as it is in a small unknown area. Breakfast was good. A lot of choices!

このホテルで開催された国際会議に参加しました。期間中このホテルに宿泊をしましたがとても快適でした。通りに面した部屋は多少道路の騒音が気になりますが、奥に入った部屋は静かでした。
