It can be much better.
Such a nice resort, great lagoon rooms and great view from the rooms. One thing for sure is this hotel needs stronger brand essence and identity. Love the staffs and the foods. Especially my favorite is spending my time in the Wine Lounges or the Public pool. The staffs are friendly but it can be much better, they can learn from other Starwoods Hotels especially in Bali. But my disappointment is my expectation on the venue not the staff or food. Implementation in everything can be upgrade to 99% instead of 60%. The rooms can be cleaner and of course one problem for people like me is that the AC and air-canals must be clean! We got a room with air-conditioning and air-canals full of mold and dainty black stuffs. I can even smell it and directly had allergic reactions. So upgraded to Lagoon rooms which more expensive and pay extra, it is cleaner but not far different. We love the lagoon pool so much and enjoyed the big pool. Maintenance is very important point for this resort. The gym must be upgraded, the tools are old-fashioned. Will I stay again in Sheraton? With the same condition like now? No! But if they improved, for sure.
