'We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!'

'Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close).'

'Host double booked the apartment, was super rude and cancelled our reservation because we complainted about the double booking and the fact that they were no towels. Mountains of garbage outside of property, beware !'

'Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.'

'Appartement is fantastisch. Smaakvol, netjes, perfecte bedden, airconditioned. Kortom, prima verblijf gehad. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het appartement in Hoboken, New Jersey ligt, wat enige reistijd met zich brengt om Manhattan te bereiken. De prettigste methode is ook meteen de duurste: via de ferry. Retourtje kost $18 per persoon. Je kan ook met de bus, $7 pp, maar die kruipt door de zeer drukke Holland Tunnel.'

'Nous avons passé 6 nuits, en famille dans cet appartement. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Il est situé juste à côté de la gare pour aller à Manhattan. Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis.'

'B&B business in kind-of-a-hotel building. Had a lot of trouble checking in bevause i did not have an email from the owner of the room. Real small room. Shared bathroom clean but very uncomfortabel. Left after 1 night. Lots of rooms permanently occupied by Asian people. Smelly conditions because of cooking on the floors ?'

Una cocina con hornallas y horno, Microondas, Heladera grande con freezer, vajilla completa y hasta un lavavajillas! Muy comodos loa 3 estuvimos. Muy recomendable el hotel, buena atencion, checkout a las 11, Estupendo!'
