'This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good if not better than the 1st time. The location is great! We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. 'Wish I could give this property ten stars! Great place for our family to stay while we walked to and from Disneyland for a couple days! Incredibly clean, stocked with everything we needed, safe, and the stroller options were a big bonus. We will be back at some point!'

'Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. 'The place is cozy and worked out just fine. We had some issues getting the door to unlock and no one was answering out calls. Luckily after about 20 minutes it finally worked. We didn’t hear back from the hosts for over an hour and that would have been a long time to be chilling outside. Garage was good for out car.. had a hard time finding the trash bins. Was not just us. I hadn’t heard from the property manager and it seems like they were unsure of which unit I was in due to a mix up on the booking calendar. . 'Overall it was a nice place, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice. The common area between the beds was a converted patio totally finished which is fine, but there were large gaps that allowed some bugs to come in.
