'This place is unique. The history is interesting and we definitely feel the Jefferson room ghost! I had the best steak of my life at dinner. Every member of the staff has been sweet and accommodating. Its a bit pricey, but worth it. They even left cookies in the room for us'

'Rooms are very clean. Concerned that there is only a front access without having to use the stairs in an emergency. Back exit did not appear to be marked. We had a fun family reunion/eclipse party.'

'A very nice stay in this upstairs apartment (know that the stairs are steep, but this was not an issue for us). Our host Kathryn made sure that all of our needs were met, and we really appreciated all of the extra amenities, including books to read and board games to play. We recommend it highly !'
