'The property is made up of 3 apartments. Each apartment has its own parking space and shared access to the pool. We stayed in the mid-level apartment and were a group of 3. It was perfect for us. Children and parent had separate bathrooms, a good double room each and plenty of lounge, kitchen and balcony space to relax in. 'Von der Anreise, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise war alles super. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht zwar ein kleines Problem worum sich aber direkt gekümmert wurde. Es wurde auch am nächsten Tag nochmal nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.'

'Tomislav was een bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Als wij iets aangaven bij Tomislav ondernam hij direct actie. Zelfgemaakte wijn en olijfolie gekregen! Het is een heerlijk huis dat rustig gelegen is op 5 min afstand van Zadar met de auto. Wel wespen rond het zwembad. Achter het huis staan vijgenbomen waar we elke dag heerlijke verse vijgen van hebben geplukt voor ontbijt en lunch. Zelfs vijgen jam gemaakt. Prima uitgeruste keuken.'

'What a beautiful villa! We are a family of six with children ranging from 3 to 12 and had a fantastic holiday staying at Villa Miranda. The house is immaculate and just like new! It is modern with lovely bedrooms and a beautiful outside pool area. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, answering any questions we had. We would love to visit again in the future. 'When we arrived at the property our hosts were there to meet us and show us around their amazing house. They were really helpful and obliging. Everything was perfect for us and we had a very relaxing holiday, one that we shall remember for a long time. Our hosts even surprised us with a beautiful cake, very thoughtful. 'We loved spending a week at this gorgeous house. The bedrooms are lovely and the open kitchen/living area was bright and spacious enough for the 6 of us. It opens up onto a great backyard/pool area with a deck for sitting and a table for dinners outside. The tennis court was great to have though hot in the summer. 'This is a great house for a family holiday. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The house has everything you need. The pool and hotub are fantastic and the outdoor entertainment area is lovely and relaxing to spend an evening (just remember to pack some mosquito repellent!). The neighborhood is quite as it's a good 30 minute walk from the centre.'

'The house is spacious, well equipped and clean with well functioning A/C. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area with an outdoor grill and different seating areas. The house is situated along a busier road, but visually well separated by a wall/greenery. Unfortunately during our stay in July 2022 major construction was going on along a side road next to the house with substantial noise early in the morning and throughout the day. 'Vi bokade ett rum, det som inte framkom förrän kvällen innan vi skulle Checka in vara att vi skulle få ett annat. Utan balkong( 1:a våning) och givetvis då också utan utsikt. Då vi protesterade kunde vi få ett annat rum i ett annat hus, vilket vi ville se först innan vi bestämde oss. När vi blev visade de båda lägenheterna ( där vi också förklarade varför vi valt det första rummet. Pga. Firande av speciell dag) var uthyraren ganska sur. När vi sa att vi inte ville ha det alternativet hon förslog...

'Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer, mit SPA-Bereich und Außenpools. Die Mobile Homes sind gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Fahrräder stehen an der Unterkunft kostenfrei zu Verfügung, auch E-bikes. Das fanden wir super. Es ist schade, dass keine Info dazu vom Personal gibt. Auf Anfrage vor der Anreise hieß es , Fahrradausleihe ist gegen Gebühr möglich. Einiges Manko war, dass das Zimmer staubig war.'

'Aardig personeel, leuk aangekleed en verzorgd. Het enige minpunt was dat in 2 verschillende appartementen de douche verstopt zat en je dus niet kon douchen zonder dat het hele appartement blank stond, je was dus genoodzaakt een militaire douche te nemen. '
